Powder Dot Calendering: Tiny, carefully positioned glue domes that are then smoothed and flattened. Because of this, they adhere firmly and smoothly, making them perfect for components like collars and cuffs that require solidity and a neat appearance. The stability is increased by the pressing (calendering).

Paste-dot: Spots of glue that are soft and slightly dispersed. This produces a softer feel and a gentler bind, which is ideal for delicate or light textiles where stiffness is undesirable. For these minor applications, stability is acceptable.

      • TR45330

Scatter Powder: A thin, asymmetrical coating of fabric with fused glue particles. For heavier materials or situations where layers must truly cling together, this produces a strong, all-over stick. It may, however, stiffen the fabric.

      • 30D Double-Sided Tape

Double-dot: On one side, there are two separate layers of adhesive application (perhaps dots or a paste foundation with dots on top). This design offers a much stronger and more dependable bond, making it perfect for applications involving difficult-to-fuse materials or places that demand high adhesion. A very strong grip is guaranteed by the multilayer adhesive.

In this instance, both coating technologies are present in this fabric.

      • N30T-1

Double-dot: N301T-1 uses normal one side tape coating technology. Our recommendations for the technologies are double-dot; it is stable. The coated fabric of N30T-1 is tpu in contrast to 30D Double-Sided Tape.

Powder Dot: These dots are likewise equally spaced; however, they may appear more rounded or flattened than in the "Powder Dot Calendering." The fusing process may include heat rather than heavy roller pressure, resulting in a more three-dimensional profile for the adhesive dots.

      • Powder Dot Calendering: Excellent for cuffs and collars, it has a smooth and strong binding.
Powder Dot: Effective, adaptable, and suitable for a variety of parts.
Paste-dot: Soft texture, suitable for fragile and light materials.

      • Scatter Powder: Strong and all-over sticky, works well on thick or stacked materials.
Double-dot: For an incredibly durable, dependable bond, use a layer of paste foundation with more adhesive on top.
